I photographed Nina for the first time (along with her beautiful sister) almost one year ago. This time, when the time for her First Communion came – her mom invited me to their house in Detroit. Even that I don’t specialize in those kind of portraits – I agreed to travel and document that special celebration. What’s more beautiful and pure than a child receiving the First Holy Communion?
I felt honored to be there with her.
