Children in Cambodia

Matt and Katie

I met Katie and Matt at the WPPI Conference in Las Vegas a month ago. They are photographers from Brisbane/Australia – excellent teachers and good people as well. Their talk was about how to be a better photographer and how your photography can change the lives of other people. I must admit – I learned a lot from that talk.

At this conference they launched their new project – 9 months in the making – that will hopefully change the lives of 700 Cambodian children and their families.

On Christmas Day, 2012 they traveled to Cambodia and spent three weeks documenting the “Stepping Stones School”, a small school outside of Siem Reap village. They have uncovered an amazing story there, and now they need your help.

The goal is to find 700 people who can give $10 a month to support this incredible school.
If you can share the story – that would be great. If you want to donate yourself – that’s even better! Check the main project website.
